From Farm to Vase Since 2012
Established in 2012, Ward’s Farm is a cut flower farm that specializes in field grown flowers such as sunflowers, dahlias, gladiolus, cosmos and zinnias just to name a few. We continue to add more varieties and different flowers each year.
We did not originally start out as a cut flower farm, but as an organic vegetable farm. After our move to a larger tract of land in 2018, we re-invented what we grew but not how we grew it. We continue to grow organically, with little to no use of chemicals. We use natural and organic methods to fertilize. In 2019, we officially opened to the public for exclusive events. Our most popular events are our ‘Pick Your Own’ sunflowers and pumpkins in the fall.
During the Spring/Summer months, we have a farm stand on the farm where customer can purchase our sunflower blooms and assorted mason jar bouquets.
We farm over 11 acres here at Ward’s Farm. There are multiple fields with several elevation changes and unique land features including a naturally fed, approximately one acre pond- perfect for professional photoshoots.
